The lodge & your rooms
How many people can stay, and what are the beds?
The lodge sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms: three with king-size beds and one smaller bedroom with a double bed. The whole house is booked for your group.
How many bathrooms are there?
There are three bathrooms. The two largest bedrooms have private en-suites with walk-in rainfall showers. The main house bathroom has a freestanding soaking bath, and all three bathrooms have heated towel rails.
Is the lodge all on one level?
Yes. The lodge is a bungalow with a single-storey layout and no internal stairs. Entrance access, thresholds, doorway widths and bathroom accessibility are still to be confirmed, so please check these details before booking if you have particular access requirements.
Are there charging points in the bedrooms?
Yes. Every bedroom has built-in charging points for phones and tablets. We’ll confirm the socket and cable connections in the final arrival information.
Spa time & getting here
Are the hot tub and swim spa separate?
They form one integrated unit on the private terrace, combining continuous swimming and water-based exercise with a hydrotherapy hot tub. The combined unit is specified for up to 12 people. Overnight accommodation remains limited to eight guests.
Is EV charging available?
Yes. The lodge has a dual-point EV charger, and guests need to bring their own charging cables. Charging prices, connector types and available speeds will be confirmed before bookings open.
How much parking is available?
Parking capacity and arrival directions will be included in the final property information before bookings open.
Are pets allowed?
The pet policy is still being confirmed. Please check the final policy before planning to bring a pet.

Can I book a stay now?
Online bookings are not open yet. The booking page will show live dates, prices and secure checkout once the property is ready.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Arrival and departure times will be confirmed in the house information before bookings open.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Deposit amounts, balance due dates, cancellation terms and any damage deposit will be set out before you confirm a booking.
Are the photos of the finished lodge?
The current gallery contains progress photographs of the lodge during construction. Finished photographs of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and spa terrace will be added before launch.
